ASN-oppslag

Slå opp offentlige registreringsdata for autonome systemer.

English usage guide

Look up the network behind an AS number

An autonomous system number identifies a routing domain on the internet. This lookup shows the registration record for an ASN, including the organization and public events returned by its registry.

Try it step by step

  1. Enter a public ASN, for example AS15169 or 15169.
  2. Read the name, identifier and registration events together.
  3. Use the source link to check the original registry response before relying on a contact or date.

What the result means

The result helps distinguish a registered network operator from a domain name or individual IP address. An organization may operate several autonomous systems, and an ASN can serve many customers.

Limits of this lookup

RDAP describes registration, not live BGP routes, peering quality or network performance. This tool does not show which route your connection currently takes. Use a separate speed measurement to examine throughput; an ASN alone cannot explain a slow connection.
